Homework 18th – 22nd January 2016
English
·         Worksheets for this week’s spellings can be found in the homework folder.
·         I’ve included four short cloze procedures that are based on some of the topics from the history project. As well as completing the worksheet by adding the missing words, I ask all pupils to read the sheet a number of times as I’ll be asking a few questions on Friday.

Maths
·         Please find multiplication sheet in homework folder. (Sums need to be written neatly into copybook. Pages must be lined, titled and dated)
·         Please find word problem sheet in homework folder.
Gaeilge
·         Duolingo – everyone must earn a minimum of 50XP this week. It is better to do a little bit everyday than one long session a week.
·         Irish spellings can be found on page 17 of Litrigh É Linn. Meaning and pronunciation of words can be found on the blog.

Geography
·         Please complete the short fact file on Egypt the country.

History
·         Continue working on the class project. You have until the end of January to complete it.

I would like to clarify that if the project is hand written that it should have at least 5 pages (A coverpage and 1 page for every topic).

If the project is made using power point then a minimum of 9 slides is needed. (1 slide for the cover and 2 slides for the individual topics)

If you haven’t synced your Duolingo account to mine please do so by typing in the addressed below and logging in.
