Homework 18^th – 22^nd April 2016

English	·         9 new spellings. Worksheets and activities in homework folder. List can also be found on class blog. ·         Chapter 4 of PAX Booklet – must be read through and signed by parent.
Maths	·         2 sided worksheet. 1.       One side – x8 tables. 2.       Half a page – word problems. 3.       Half a page – addition questions.
Gaeilge	·         8 new spellings – pages 54 and 55 of Litrigh É Linn. ·         Duolingo – 50 XP challenge. (Challenge will begin on Monday the 18th and run until 5pm on Friday the 22nd) An additional worksheet will be given out for Irish this week. This will not apply to those who completed last week's 50 XP challenge.

Important Note - Duolingo does become more difficult as you progress through the different sections. If it becomes too difficult please repeat sections already covered. Repetition will also improve their language skills. 

Homework 11^th – 15^th April 2016

English	·         18 English spellings. Revision of words already covered in previous weeks. ·         The Next Chapter in the PAX booklet. Parent and child complete together. Front of booklet must be signed by parent.
Maths	·         2 sided sheet contain a number of word problems based on time, multiplication questions and multiplication tables.
Irish	·         8 new spellings.  Found on page 50 and 51 of Litrigh É Linn. English translation and phonetic break down on class blog. ·         Duolingo – 50XP challenge. Closing date and time is 5pm on Friday the 15th. It’s important that everyone completes this.
